Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

As many of our products are custom-made or made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.Please carefully review product specifications before placing your order.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and product immediately.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide photographs and a description of the damage.We will work with the freight provider and manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Faulty Products

If a product develops a fault covered under warranty or Australian Consumer Law, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs or video where applicable

We may offer repair, replacement, spare parts or a refund where required by law.

Custom-Made Equipment

Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing preference, colour preference or delays outside our control.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
