SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 17/06/26

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Cadi Co Pty Ltd trading as Fitness House Dromana ("Fitness House Dromana", "we", "our", "us").

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


MADE-TO-ORDER AND IMPORTED PRODUCTS

Many of our Pilates products, including Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Wall Towers and selected accessories, are manufactured and shipped from overseas suppliers specifically for each customer order.

As a result, extended lead times apply.

Customers acknowledge that products may not be immediately available for dispatch and may require manufacturing, quality control, international freight and customs clearance before delivery.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Current estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Reformers: approximately 8–12 weeks

  • Wunda Chairs: approximately 8–12 weeks

  • Wall Towers: approximately 8–12 weeks

  • Accessories: timeframe varies depending on stock availability

All delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Fitness House Dromana shall not be liable for delays arising from:

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Supplier production schedules

  • Port congestion

  • Shipping line delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Quarantine inspections

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Freight company delays

  • Global supply chain disruptions

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers acknowledge that international freight schedules can change without notice and delivery timeframes may exceed original estimates.

Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargeback requests, compensation claims or refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are placed into production and procurement shortly after payment is received.

Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier, it may not be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before completing their purchase.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Additional freight charges may apply for:

  • Regional locations

  • Rural locations

  • Remote areas

  • Islands

  • Difficult access locations

  • Commercial deliveries requiring specialised equipment

Where additional freight costs apply, customers will be contacted prior to dispatch.


DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate access for delivery vehicles

  • Safe unloading conditions

  • Sufficient space to receive products

  • Suitable access through doors, hallways, staircases and lifts

Fitness House Dromana accepts no responsibility if products cannot be delivered due to site access restrictions.

Additional delivery attempts or specialised handling requirements may incur additional charges.


DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Any damage, shortages or delivery issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims should include:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photographs of packaging

  • Photographs of the product

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may affect our ability to lodge claims with freight providers.


RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk in the goods passes to the customer immediately upon delivery to the nominated address.

Ownership of goods remains with Fitness House Dromana until payment has been received in full.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Where available, tracking information will be provided once products have been dispatched from the relevant warehouse or freight provider.

For some international shipments, tracking updates may be limited during ocean transit.


FAILED DELIVERIES

Where delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Restricted site access

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be responsible for additional storage, handling, redelivery or freight charges.


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Where a customer authorises goods to be left unattended, Fitness House Dromana accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.
